People2Outsource Inc. or P2O is a new company put together by Filipinos for Filipinos. Our aim is to provide high value jobs for our countrymen that will allow them to apply their knowledge and skills and earn a good income at the same time.
The initial focus will be to place qualified and talented candidates in call centers as this is the most plentiful and highest paying entry level job today with an average starting pay of Php 15,000 per month. Unknown to most, call center agents are not merely telephone operators. They must operate a workstation costing up to US$ 10,000, speak in a language that is not their native tongue, be knowledgeable in a product or service they are either supporting or selling and most importantly, regardless of what the person on the other end of the line might do or say, they must never, ever lose their composure.
As a company, we would like to help place candidates who have the most need and have the right attitude. This is why we will focus on career shifters and provincial candidates. Even now, we are working on establishing Sourcing Partners in various key provincial areas to mine the country’s pool of talent nationwide, 365 days a year. We encourage all those who feel they are underemployed, or those who are in provincial areas that feel that they are stuck in what they are doing and where they are, to come and visit us either in Metro Manila or through our provincial Sourcing Partners as these sites open up in the next few months.

Beyond career planning, we would also like to provide all our placed candidates with Life Planning. We will have all successfully trained candidates undergo a seminar where they can learn proper values, health, wealth and total self management. We will put up an internet portal which will become a springboard to support this, and we will become the source for managing their health, wealth and general well-being. This will help to ensure that each candidate will have a bright and productive future.
Beyond call centers we look to start placing Filipinos in other jobs such as in hotels and restaurants, nursing, caregivers both here and abroad. We expect this next year. |
